1. Organizing Company

This promotion is organized by MUGO DEPARTMENT S.L., with tax ID B55397582 and registered address at Calle José Luis Velasco, Torrelodones, Madrid (hereinafter, “the Company”).

2. Scope and Dates

The promotion is valid for purchases made on www.mugodepartment.com from anywhere in the world.

It applies to orders placed between November 27th, 2025 at 8:00 PM and December 1st, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CET).

3. Participation Mechanism

All orders completed and paid for within the promotional period will automatically participate.

Each order receives a number automatically generated by the platform. This number follows the format: it begins with “#” and is followed by 5 digits. The first two digits have no validity for the prize; only the last three digits will be considered.

No additional action is required from the buyer.

The only valid data for determining winners will be the order number automatically generated and registered by the platform at the moment of purchase.

4. Prizes

4.1 Main Prize (€1,000)

The buyer whose order number ends in 777 will receive a prize of €1,000, which will be paid via bank transfer.

Any transfer fees will be deducted from the prize amount.

4.2 Order Refund

Buyers whose order numbers end in 111, 222, 333, 444, 555, 666, 888, 999 or 000 will receive a refund of the total amount paid, including shipping costs.

Refunded orders may be exchanged according to the Company’s usual policies, but they may not be returned under any circumstances.

The winner of the €1,000 prize may exchange the items in their order according to the usual store policy, but may not request a return.

5. Winner Notification, Verification and Prize Delivery

The Company will contact winners via the email provided when placing the order, within a maximum of 7 business days after the promotion ends.

Participants whose orders qualify for a refund must reply to the confirmation email by attaching a photo of their ID (front and back) to verify their identity and the authenticity of the order. They will have 30 days from the sending of that email to provide this information. Failure to respond within the established timeframe will result in cancellation of the prize.

Participants whose order number ends in 777 will also have 30 days from the notification email to provide their bank account details. Failure to respond within the timeframe will result in cancellation of the prize.

The Company may disqualify any participation if fraud, abuse, system manipulation, identity theft, strategic returns, or any irregular behavior is detected.

6. Validity Conditions

Only orders successfully paid within the promotional period will be considered valid.

If an order is cancelled or returned at a later date, the prize will be automatically voided.

The Company cannot modify order numbers generated by the platform.

Refunded orders cannot be modified, exchanged, or returned. The €1,000 prize winner may exchange, but not return, the items in their order.

7. Taxation

The prizes are part of a commercial promotional activity.

The Company will assume any tax obligations corresponding to the organization of the promotion, but will not be responsible for the tax obligations of the winners regarding the prizes received. Winners must comply with applicable tax regulations according to their personal situation.

8. Modifications or Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion in the event of force majeure or circumstances that prevent its proper execution.

In such cases, the Company will communicate any changes publicly through its official Instagram account.

If a winner renounces the prize or loses it due to non-compliance with these terms, the prize will remain unawarded without compensation.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at www.mugodepartment.com.

Data will be used exclusively to manage the promotion and prize delivery.

10. Participation Exclusions

Employees of the Company, direct collaborators, individuals involved in managing the promotion, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate.

11. Timing Criteria and Technical Validity

The valid time for each order will be the one recorded by the platform’s systems. No claims will be accepted regarding time discrepancies, connection failures, or payment confirmation delays.

The Company is not responsible for technical failures, service interruptions, or payment gateway errors that may affect participation.

12. Nature of the Prizes

Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or other products, except for the €1,000 main prize.

Refunds awarded through winning order numbers will only apply to the amount originally paid for the order.

13. Logistical or External Circumstances

In the case of shipping delays, transport incidents, strikes, customs issues, or any external circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the order will be treated as any other regular order, following the Company’s normal established protocols.
