Shipping

When you place an order you receive a confirmation email. We start preparing it straight away and usually dispatch within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, campaigns and peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, processing and delivery can take longer.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method; you can see the estimate for your country in the table above. They are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control.

Please check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

For orders delivered in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States, all customs duties and import taxes are included in the price. For every other destination they are not included and are paid by the customer.

If a delivery cannot be completed for reasons on the customer’s side — nobody at the address, the parcel is not collected in time or it is refused — the order is considered undeliverable and is not refunded. You can ask us to reship it, subject to availability, by paying the new shipping cost. If an item is out of stock, you can choose another one of equal value, or a more expensive one paying the difference.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us with your order details and we will investigate and find a solution.

An order can only be cancelled before it is processed or dispatched. Because we prepare orders quickly, we cannot always guarantee a cancellation. To ask for one, contact us as soon as possible.
